Accessibility Statement
Cuyahoga Falls Library connects people with the world of ideas, information, and imagination, to inspire and empower our community.
One of our organizational values is access. We strive to provide free and equitable opportunities for everyone of all abilities to use our services and resources both in person and digitally.
If you would like to provide feedback about the accessibility of the Cuyahoga Falls Library's website or request an accommodation for a library visit or program, please contact us via our form or call our Accessibility Advocate at 330-928-2117 ext. 102. We do our best to reply to feedback within 2-3 business days.
Items and Services Available

Audiobooks
Borrow books on CD with your library card. Titles are available for adults and children. Digital audiobooks are also available to borrow on your device.

ASL Interpretation for Programs
All programs offer ASL interpretation, provided by request. Contact administration@fallslibrary.org at least two weeks in advance.

Assistive Devices
A magnifying glass, C-Pen Reader, headphones, booklift copyholder, EazyHold adaptive aid, and page turner are available to check out for up to 2 hours of in-library use at the Adult Information Desk.

Communication Board
Generously donated by the Rotary Club of Cuyahoga Falls, this portable board contains an assortment of images for common requests to help enable communication with kids of all abilities.

Discovery Zone
Try before you buy! Check out sensory kits, weighted blankets, wobble walkers, and educational packs to try at home.

Drive-Thru Window
Anytime the library is open, so is our convenient Drive-Thru Window, where patrons may pick up their holds. Next to the Drive-Thru, our outdoor book return drop is open 24/7.

Digital Collection
Enjoy the digital content that fits your lifestyle! Borrow ebooks, digital audiobooks, streaming TV, music, movies, and more using one (or all!) of our free apps.

Magnifying Reader
Located in the Quiet Magazine Room, this magnifier allows users to enlarge text and images for easy reading.

Next Chapter Book Club
Read books at your own pace, listen, and socialize with your community. Emerging readers are welcome! Recommended for teens and adults. This book club meets virtually.

Large Print Books
From new releases to old favorites, fiction and nonfiction, the library offers a variety of adult large print books. Find the Large Print Collection on the library's Upper Level.

Handicap Parking
Convenient handicap parking is located by the building's main entrance with nearby wheelchair access to the sidewalk.

Sensory Kits
Available at both the Children's Desk and the Adult Information Desk for in-library use. Sensory kits contain headphones, sunglasses, and a variety of fidgets. Children's kits are also available to borrow for home use.

Social Stories
Social stories can help community members gain familiarity with the library's space before visiting.

Visual Schedules
Our storytimes use a visual schedule with icons that depict each phase of the program. The schedule creates a predictable routine that helps children of all abilities know the order of events and what to expect .

Voice Translator Device
Supports real-time, photo, and recording translation for 137 different languages with offline and online options. Borrow the voice translator device from the Library of Things for up to one week!

Wonderbooks, Tonies, and Yotos
WonderBooks mix audio and print to engage emerging readers. Tonies and Yotos (available in the Children's Discovery Zone) are devices without screens that play stories with cards or combined with an app.
