Library Board eMail Account

The Cuyahoga Falls Library provides email accounts for its Trustees. The primary use of these accounts is to provide Trustees with access to the Board’s digital resources. These accounts also provide a communication channel for members of the public to contact the Library’s Board of Trustees.
                 
Emails sent to the address board@fallslibraryboard.org go to each Trustee as well as the Library’s Director and Assistant Director.

Any emails intended for the Board but sent to other email addresses should be replied to as follows: “Thank you for your email. To correspond with the Cuyahoga Falls Library Board of Trustees, please use the email address: board@fallslibraryboard.org. Thank you.”

Trustees may use their Library email accounts for any or all of their communications needs as a Trustee, or they may use other email accounts (see also the Library’s Public Records Policy, Ohio’s Public Records Act: R.C. 149.43, and Ohio’s Open Meetings Act: R.C. 121.22). The Board’s digital resources may only be accessed using Library accounts.

Library email accounts for Trustees are subject to the same cybersecurity measures as all other Library email accounts.
